Turner syndrome and reproductive counseling

Introduction: Spontaneous fertility in Turner syndrome (TS) is rare, due to low or absent ovarian reserve. A greater number of ovarian follicules is present in the cases of gonadal mosaicism, although the accelerated pace of apoptosis remains.
